Iscriversi, studiare e laurearsi

To request certificates to be produced on the NATIONAL TERRITORY - including the "Diploma Supplement" (study plan in English, only for new system graduates) it is necessary to contact the DEPARTMENT SECRETARIAT.

All certificates will be issued upon payment of stamp duty and will bear the wording "This certificate cannot be produced to public administration bodies or private providers of public services.".

We remind you that, pursuant to art. 15 of the law n. 183/2011, in relations with public administration bodies and public service managers, the certificates are replaced by the self-certifications of the interested parties (Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree No. 445 of 2000).

E' possibile richiedere il certificato di iscrizione o di laurea compilando i seguenti  moduli su Uniticket:

• Certificato di Iscrizione (anche con esami sostenuti)
• Certificato di Laurea

E' possibile effettuare l'accesso alla piattaforma utilizzando le credenziali di ESSE3 (anche con carriera chiusa) o SPID.

Prima del rilascio del certificato verrà caricata su ESSE3 due marche da bollo da € 16, una da applicare alla richiesta e l'altra da applicare al certificato.

Il certificato verrà, poi, reso disponibile per il richiedente sulla piattaforma Uniticket.

It is possible to request the FOREIGN USE certificate for the following uses:

• Residency permit
• Family Allowances
• Generic for foreign use

It should be noted that, pursuant to art. 15 of the law n. 183/2011, certificates to be produced for public administrations and public service managers can no longer be issued and accepted. Those interested in these cases will only have to produce SELF-CERTIFICATIONS.

The above provision does not apply if the certificate is presented to foreign subjects or public bodies.

For the issuance of the certificate, the taxes relating to the necessary virtual stamp duties will be generated in Esse3 (€16.00 for the application, plus €16.00 for each certificate requested).

The application form is available from Monday 9 am to Friday 2 pm.

To obtain a SELF-CERTIFICATION, with the exams taken, or without the exams taken (in Italian), simply access the Esse3 system and print it free of charge and autonomously.

Graduates from 1/1/2010 to 12/31/2021: you can collect the parchment, without an appointment, at the desks of the Educational Services Area, on the days and opening hours indicated at the bottom of the page.

Graduates before 1/1/2010: a pre-withdrawal administrative check is required. Once the administrative verification has been completed, you can collect the parchment, without an appointment, at the desks of the Educational Services Area, on the days and at the opening hours indicated at the bottom of the page.

L'Ateneo, al termine di un Corso di studio, rilascia un documento integrativo del titolo di studio ufficiale denominato Diploma Supplement, con il quale si fornisce una descrizione della natura, del livello, del contenuto e dello status degli studi effettuati e completati dallo studente.

Il Diploma Supplement è rilasciato solo per i titoli di cui all’ordinamento ex D.M. 270/2004. 

E' possibile richiedere il Diploma Supplement compilando il modulo su Uniticket

E' possibile effettuare l'accesso alla piattaforma utilizzando le credenziali di ESSE3 (anche con carriera chiusa) o SPID.

Il Diploma Supplement verrà, reso disponibile per il richiedente sulla piattaforma Uniticket.

Non è previsto il pagamento di alcun bollo per il rilascio del Diploma Supplement
